Smelly/Crunches

one of the kids in capa has been very stinky lately D: i don't think he's showered since saturday or something cause he was already super stinky on monday n it's only gotten worse D:

i started doing my 250 crunches on monday
goal: 5 days/week 250/day in sets of 25
 - 2 sets of regular
 - 2 sets of bicycle
 - 2 sets 1 each side
 - 2 sets 1 each oblique
 - 1 set of legs up
 - 1 set each leg up
along with 2 sets hamstrings 1 each side
as always, if i miss a day, i'll have to make up for it on the weekend or do 500 on a weekday

i'm going to also try running on the elliptical an hour every other day for 2 weeks since the elliptical makes the insoles of my feet hurt :s n 1 hour of other cardio on the off days..if i feel like i can keep it up [schedule not too busy] i'll try to do a month minus heavy period days..but i might just put it off until the weather gets cold again D: in late september or october :s n then i'd do maybe 1 week a month until march n do 5 days a week in april?

well we'll see about that :s but for now..it's crunch time!

  1. running on the eliptical??
    you should try erm interval workouts
    1 min of intense running with the ramp really high and then regularly for the rest

    do it in intervals
    makes your butt HUGEE!
    and running on the treadmill is great <3
